After working for over 20 years with a combination of different roles via 3 different industries, when I was advised by the management that the Bank would provide me with a special coaching program to support my personal career growth, I honestly was excited but at the same time wonder how much I may obtain from the course… When I was offered with a list of coaches to select for the course, I was attracted to Chrissie’s fruitful background and after the first meeting, I was not only amazed on her organized manner and great probing abilities which aroused my interest onto attending the course.
In the following months, although business was busy as usual, but I have been looking forward to the coaching sessions with Chrissie. She was able to focus onto the key objectives which we have agreed as set in the first meeting and guided me through via different coaching methodologies and tools which allow the sessions to carried forward easily and in good interests to me. Her communication and professional probing skills allowed me to share easily and thoroughly on my views, while she always provide good feedbacks and recommendations which allow me to recap and regroup on areas for my improvement. Interesting is that Chrissie never closed a session without asking me to outline my action plans post the session, and reviewed with me in the next session(s) on how the action plans have been put in place.
I also enjoyed reading through the articles which Chrissie sent out in the past few months which are referential and especially the one that she’s sent leveraging her own personal experience for giving birth to her baby which is incredibly amazing on how a professional coach demonstrate that leadership and management do not just act upon at work but for personal life’s aspects.
I am very grateful to have gone through the coaching program with Chrissie and certainly would recommend her to anyone that like to explore his or her career / personal growth in different domain.
